* test/rdoc/test_rdoc_ri_formatter.rb: Start of RI formatting tests.

* test/rdoc/test_rdoc_ri_attribute_manager.rb: Start of
  RDoc::RI::AttributeManager tests.

* test/rdoc/test_simple_markup.rb: Moved to match new class name.
