* lib/tempfile.rb (Tempfile#initialize, Tempfile.create): get rid of
  shadowing local variables.

* lib/tmpdir.rb (Dir::Tmpname#make_tmpname): simlify argument
  splitting.

* test/test_tempfile.rb: need thread library for ConditionVariable.
